iRUGGED.FUN is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. Because the Platform is built on Solana, all game activity is publicly visible on-chain by its nature.
2. Data We Collect
- Wallet address — your Solana public key, used to identify your account and record game outcomes.
- Email address — collected via Privy for wallet creation and account recovery only.
- Game history — all rounds played, trades placed, multipliers, and cash-out results stored for leaderboards and analytics.
- Usage data — anonymous session analytics (pages visited, session duration) to improve Platform performance. No personally identifiable data is used for analytics.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to: operate and improve the Platform; display leaderboard rankings and session analytics; detect and prevent fraud or cheating; and communicate important service updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Blockchain Transparency
All wager transactions and cash-out events are recorded on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible by design. Provably fair verification means game outcomes are permanently public. Do not expect on-chain activity to be private.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Privy for wallet management and authentication. Privy's privacy practices govern their handling of your data — see their policy at privy.io. We use Supabase for database storage, which is hosted in the EU by default.
6. Data Retention
Game history is retained indefinitely for leaderboard and audit purposes. Email addresses are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your email and off-chain profile data by contacting us — on-chain records cannot be deleted.
7. Cookies
We use minimal session cookies required for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may prevent login from functioning correctly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via our Discord and Twitter/X. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
